1.Executive: Customer Satisfaction
a.Communicate with centers of influence: face-to-face, phone, or e-mail.
2.Marketing: Generate Revenue
a.Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
3.Marketing: Sales and Marketing Activity
a.Set up closing appointments.
b.Maintain assigned contact lists (additions/deletions).
c.Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information, identify "Target 25" (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients), and complete documentation, as appropriate.
d.Participate in professional associations, provide Lunch-and-Learns, and promote continuing education courses.
e.Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation.
4.Marketing: Professional and Personal Development
a.Develop sales skills.
b.Understand production and estimating.
c.Understand SERVPRO Enterprise resources and industry knowledge.
