Commercial Account Manager
Our Commercial Account Manager has responsibility for commercial sales and business development. They will be accountable for profitable new commercial business sales, revenue, account retention and growth of existing relationships.
Identify and develop commercial accounts.
Grow commercial revenue.
Identify and build relationships with commercial facilities, business owners and commercial insurance adjusters.
Actively respond to commercial loss situations.
Present professional sales presentations to large groups.
Actively participate in industry associations such as Chambers of Commerce, Claims Association, BOMA and local trade shows.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals as determined by sales budgets and forecasts.
Define and execute business strategies for profitably growth of existing commercial business.
Qualify and develop new commercial business opportunities within territory.
Develop strong client relationships over time.
Demonstrate personal commitment to self-development of selling skills in the areas of priority setting, cold calling, time management, negotiating and problem solving.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
A minimum 5 years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector working with Corporate Risk Managers, Commercial Property Owners, Commercial Property Managers, Warehouse Managers, Industrial Property Managers, or Multi-family Property Managers is preferred.
Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the commercial restoration or insurance industry is desired.
