Assist in recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and execution of recruitment processes within the company.
Update the company's database with participant's profiles as well as maintain records of recruiting, applicant tracking, interviews, and recruiting history.
-Strong knowledge of key recruiting methodologies: selecting candidates, interviewing and screening.
-Candidates must have technical proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of Access a plus!
-Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for articulate speakers.
-Ability to adapt to changing environments and projects.
-Must follow deadlines.
