Position Purpose:
This essential job function requires working in an inbound call center environment answering calls in a professional manner and focused on building member loyalty. The essential characteristics of this position include: a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, able to interact and work effectively with team members and inter departments, team oriented, and is able to adequately perform while experiencing intense time pressure and heavy call volumes.

Duties & Essential Job Function

Properly handles all inbound phone orders, enrollments and/or inquiries providing requested information, completing and submitting necessary and/or required forms to complete orders enroll new distributors/customers and process requested changes. Provides general information of Hop Rocket, promotes the travel business opportunity of Hop Rocket Products. Assists in creating a culture that embraces a serving heart, can do attitude, teamwork, solutions oriented and having fun. Perform any all assigned tasks including outbound calls, walk-in member assistance, and any other assigned duties.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Highly self-motivated and able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills; skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Demonstrates responsiveness and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Must be able to absorb and apply new and changing information.
Able to maintain production levels and quality goals.
Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with the company policies and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain a team oriented environment with peers.
