Responsibilities:
Review insurance documents in Spanish for correct information and coverages. This is very analytical, can be repetitive, and requires strong attention to detail. Communicate with Spanish customers by email to verify information. You must be very comfortable learning new computer programs and detailed information.

Requirements:
Must be comfortable speaking, reading, and writing the Spanish language,
Must have a minimum of 1 year clerical, data entry, or call center background.
Typing 35-40 wpm minimum
Must be motivated and have a great attitude for learning
Must enjoy administrative computer and data entry work
Must be willing to grow into other Account Management positions
Must be responsible, reliable and serious about committing to a career position
This is "not a call center"
