JOB DESCRIPTION (positions in Tahlequah, Tulsa, Ft. Smith, Fayetteville, and Joplin)
Sales Representative: RLC is currently seeking high energy, well motivated and experienced individuals who want to succeed in a true career. This person will handle portions of our territory that encompasses Tulsa to Fort Smith to Fayetteville. These immediate positions will operate out of our Tahlequah office (we also have an office in Tulsa) but will also involve local recruitment for Fort Smith, Fayetteville, and Joplin. We take a consultative approach to helping our customers understand and implement a document management solution tailor made for their unique environment. This may include focusing on a company's print and multifunctional fleet, and/or scanning/document storage and retrieval needs. We then provide continued service and support to ensure our customers stay operational and current with the latest technology. Our Outside sales Representatives have the freedom to source their own leads. A sales rep will easily make 40 - 70K at plan with significant income growth potential.

As an RLC Sales Representative, your focus will be to both grow existing accounts by conducting account reviews and identifying additional areas of need, and to target new business opportunities by scheduling and meeting with IT professionals, Office staff, and key "C" level decision makers to assess and determine specific needs related to document workflow. You will be responsible for prospecting, proposal generation and presentation of various solutions, closing the sale, and overall account management. You will need to have the ability to be a self starter, manage your time wisely, have the ability to overcome objections, and have a sense of providing total customer satisfaction.
