Are you retired or semi-retired, a non-smoker willing and able to engage in rural lifestyle a few miles south of Wheatland, co-invest in a hoop house / high tunnel (the modern greenhouse) and attendant equipment, and share the labor of raising vegetables for farmers markets and school programs? If so, let's talk.

I am a writer and retired college lecturer who owns farmland that, until 2013, produced hard red winter wheat. It is currently used for cattle grazing, some months of the year. When it will have become legal in Wyoming, I plan to raise hemp. My three-bedroom custom house is being built on an adjoining lot; my Cheyenne home is under contract to be sold.

On retiring I settled in Cheyenne to help raise my granddaughter. She and her parents removed to Texas last year.

I play classical guitar and prefer relationships that are conducive to health and socially responsive. Would like a housemate who'll agree that matters be discussed and weighed before decisions are reached, including possible visits from adult children and other loved ones.

My two canine companions are Abby, 20 months old and Cali, 5 years old. The pic shows me with Abby. I am originally from Germany.
