This is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath upstairs apartment with designated off street parking in front of the apartment, 24 Hour on-site audio/video surveillance; Rent is $690/715 per month for 1/2 people and $690.00 Security deposit. Rent is due on the 1st of each month regardless of what day of the week or holiday the 1st may fall on.

This is a large 1 bedroom apartment upstairs behind a secure gate. Has Central Air and ceiling fans in Living & Bedrooms.

ELECTRIC: You pay your own electric and must be put in tenants name prior to or upon move-in.

WATER-SEWER: Water & Sewer are based on the average for a household of one and/or two people and is included in the rent (up to 2000 gallons per month). Water and sewer usage over the 2000 gallons per month will be billed as additional rent.

GARBAGE: Included in rent

Will rent month to month, All month to month rentals are $790.00 for One (1) person or $825.00 for Two (2) people and $750.00 security deposit to move-in. Month to Month rental requires 15 days prior to end of month notice of intent to move.

Pets depending on type and size may be permitted with a non-refundable Pet fee. All pets must be current on Rabies and proof thereof is required before any pet is permitted in the unit or on the property.

A Rental Application is required on all individuals who will be living in the apartment. The fee per rental application is $25.00 per applicant (application fee can be waived if you convince me you are being completely honest on application). Each individual seeking to reside in the unit will be required to undergo an employment, Income, and Rental History verification process. Note that a past does not automatically result in a rejection of your application, but providing false information will.

If you have been evicted in the last 3 years by another Landlord under certain circumstances I may approve rental application with a higher deposit..
