Credit Fraud Analyst will be able to prevent hundreds of thousands of dollars in fraud loss on an annual basis. They will be moving through orders quickly, decreasing shipping times, and improving customer satisfaction. They will be interacting with customers to verify purchases and answer any customer questions. Each fraud agent needs a passion for customer service and is routinely evaluated.
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
Must be flexible, possess critical thinking skills and enjoy applying those skills to situations with multiple variables and choose a best course of action based on them.
What would a normal day for this position look like?
Agent will process 110-120 orders a day while also staying aware of continually updated communication. There will also be a small amount of customer interaction.
What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?
2.Microsoft Office (preferred)
What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
2.Excellent communication skills (both in-office and customer facing)

Requirements: Associates or Bachelors preferred. Or relevant customer service experience
