Scope of Position

With oversight and direction from the Employer Services Manager, the Customer Care Specialist will coordinate the overall function of facilitating recruitment events, perform outreach to capture program attached participants' hiring outcomes, initiate program eligibility screening, and conduct post-employment follow up.

Essential Functions
Coordinates, implements, and tracks outcomes of customized recruitment events to meet the specific needs of each employer.
Determines program eligibility and refers job seekers to Career Development staff to complete enrollments as appropriate.
Maintains participant and employer databases to track outreach and recruitment event results.
Documents all employer and participant contacts in state system of record.
Verifies, monitors, and communicates job seekers&rsquo: employment status to Employer Connection, Career Development, and Quality Assurance Team members.
Performs post-employment follow up with participants and employers as necessary.
Shares information with appropriate staff and/or functional teams.
Contributes in securing positive outcomes attaining specific program goals.
Achieves weekly and quarterly outreach targets.
Tracks progress and prepares weekly and project reports as required.

Required Experience:

Customer service experience required.

Exceptional phone etiquette skills necessary.

Experience with data collection.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Consistent follow-through when corresponding with employers, program participants, job seekers, and team members.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
