I am looking for someone to replace me -- I own two buildings, a total of 27 apartments in the Central City/Broadmoor area -- not in the best neighborhoods, nor in the worst

For several years, I have done most of my own repairs and maintenence, as well as showing apartments, picking tenants, collecting rent (sometimes chasing it down ), evictions, paying bills and everything else.

This is not a full time job, and never will be. The ideal person would be one that owns some rental property already, and wants to earn some extra money, or maybe a retired person who wants to work 10 hours or so a week, and is around (on call) when necessary to show apartments, or for emergencies. It would be best if they live not too far away. Some Spanish would be a big plus.

The job will start with some handyman stuff -- fixing up some apartments, a little drywall and some plumbing, where we see how we work together.

Then we will show some apartments together, where I will explain how I pick tenants.

Over time, as trust is gained, and you learn how I do things, you will take on more responsibilities. with the goal being that you run the entire operation. At that point, the expected wage will be $1000.00 a month, with bonuses. It will be a gradual progression, 6 months to a year to get to that point.

I will do a criminal background check, and I will check all your work. No drinkers or druggies.
