Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that consistent high quality customer service is delivered. This individual provides guidance and leadership for the front office staff; a minimum of one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
This position requires a Pre-Hire Assessment as part of the application process. Front Office Supervisor possesses strong leadership skills, and has the ability to communicate well with guests and fellow associates. Must be able to manage time well, and be self motivated. Ability to multitask and solve problems while working in a high pace and at times, stressful environment. Able to problem solve guest and associate issues and understand the importance of guest satisfaction. Must be Flexible for am/pm and weekend shifts. Hospitality background preferred. Basic computer knowledge and local area knowledge is helpful. Preference will be given to candidates with previous Marriott systems. Must be a team player and flexible to assist in other job duties in the Front Office.
