Assistant Manager will work closely with General Manager, Operations Manager and Security Director, overseeing 60 employees within eight departments. Candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience. Ideal candidate must be highly organized and attentive to detail with ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload. Must be comfortable working closely with many residents and employees. Strong aptitude for numbers and budgeting required.
Some responsibilities will include:
Follow up on resident issues, Incident Reports, Insurance Claims, maintenance requests, correspondence, etc.
Supervise exterminating in the buildings.
Meeting with Department Managers to discuss the day's activities.
Walk buildings and grounds as time allows.
Visit Buildings and talk with the Desk Attendants regarding building and resident issues.
Inspect pool and grounds when in season.
Monitor trash and garbage collections. Hold contractor accountable for contract oblations.
Maintain Contract book. Be sure all contractors have updated contract and insurance certificate on file.
Keep track of leak issues and maintain records on them.
Prepare Contracts for new projects once proposal is agreed upon.
Oversee Capital projects.
Prepare renewal notices for retail tenants.
