Consequently, this position requires a high level of responsibility, a result oriented and a can do attitude, and a great deal of flexibility. This is an office based job. Hands on skills in construction not required to perform this job.Computer skills using excel based programs to process work orders, Ability to work quickly with microsoft outlook, HVAC/Plumbing knowledge Oversee client work order verification process Provide price quotes to the clients and follow up with them Establish and maintain existing vendor relations Match and assign the appropriate field tech for the work order Ensure the timely dispatch of field technicians Maintain accurate records of the work orders, invoices, reports, emails and other correspondence Collaborate with clients on a national level and update them on the status of each phase Analyze and resolve client issues and concerns in a professional demeanor Evaluate and reconcile vendor invoices Responsible for accurate billing of clients work orders Consistently follow up on the details of work orders from inception to completion Act as the point person for problem resolution and client relations for multiple projectsWork Environment: This company specializes in retail work. This is a fast-paced work environment. Each candidate will be assigned to a Project Manager that handles specific client accounts. They will be reporting to their project manager. This person will be working full time out of their office in Paramus, NJ.Qualifications: Knowledge of construction, maintenance and/or HVAC and Plumbing 0-3 years of industry experience College degree in construction/engineering or related field a plus but not required Flexible Schedule: ability to respond to clients, vendors and team members after work hours and weekends on a need basis is required Exceptional phone and customer service skills Computer savvy with ability to learn new software quickly
