Position: IT Project Support

Location: Parsippany, NJ (Note: Relocating to Whippany, NJ in September)
Salary: Depends on experience/ 40 hrs per wk
Hours: (Must be flexible) You will be scheduled for an 8 hour shift Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm.
Description: Entry level opportunity in our Operations Department working with our Project Managers and IT Field Technicians. The qualified candidate should have understanding/knowledge of networking equipment (routers, switches) and have the ability to troubleshoot issues with the field technicians. No networking certifications are required, the candidate will also be responsible for communications with our field technicians, maintaining, recording and updating our Service Desk Ticketing System.
Fielding calls from field technicians
Troubleshoot technical issues
Document all Incident / Issue resolution
Collateral processing & quality control of site completion forms, photos, etc.
Follow a project specific escalation process
Networking (routers / switches)
Excellent verbal communication
Solid organizational skills
Excel (Must know how to format, filter, sort, etc.)
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation
Help Desk experience (Helpful but not necessary)
Ticketing system experience (Helpful but not necessary)
