Duties:
- Drafting and processing correspondence
- Communicating with clients, opposing parties, opposing counsel, third parties, court personnel
- Drafting pleadings
- Scheduling, calendaring, and tracking deadlines
- Client file and document management
- Research
- Client intake interviews
- Administrative tasks
- Filing

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of law office/litigation experience
- Highly skilled in professional administrative skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work product under strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to anticipate client and attorney needs and adapt to changing needs
