Immediate opening for highly reliable Office Administrator. This is an ideal position for an experienced Administrator/Clerical professional looking for long-term stability and to work in a great environment.

Hours will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities include:
*Preparing invoices and statements to clients (Franchise Owners and Clients)
*Handling all customer's administrative issues (Franchise Owners and Clients)
* Making collections calls
*Payroll calculation to send to Management
*Assisting Operations and Sales Department
*Handling office needs
*Some other clerical duties

Skills/ Requirements

Must be Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Experience using databases preferably
Proficient in Microsoft office
Excellent communication skills
Team player
Prior experience on Business to Business customer service is a plus
