The kids are all back in school, and the house is yours (and yours alone!) for a few precious hours each day. What are you going to do with all that free time, you ask yourself? Well, now is the perfect time to work at home.
You'll take inbound calls and provide stellar service to customers inquiring about business software. To score this position, you'll need one year of customer service experience and basic computer skills.
We currently have openings for 15 more new Reps that we will personally train and work with. Our current Reps enjoy flexible hours with great earnings that are paid out Daily NOT weekly. In our business the work is provided and the best part is you just TAKE INBOUND CALLS!
Open Hours: 6:00am-1am
You can choose hours within this time frame
Job duties include:
Taking Inbound Calls
Working directly with our business customers answering questions and directing them directly our website.
Educating and assisting customers to set up of the software
Providing excellent customer service to clients
This position offers day to day work and task that must be completed daily.
Full-time, at home inbound customer service rep. with extensive communication and interpersonal skills is required.
***WE WILL PROVIDE FULL TRAINING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON***
Must be computer proficient with friendly, patient customer interaction skills.
Must have at least One year of inbound call center experience.
Must have at least One year of expertise, experience with customer interaction, iOS, smartphone, tablet, PC
or Mac, & high speed Internet service landline phone and headset. Remotely from home.
Must have a full home office already set up and operational, this must be a separate room within your home used only for working purposes.
Must be able to take high volume of calls
