These sales supported services include professional labor consultation, staffing of high-caliber craftsmen and various training programs and services. Together or individually, our services improve the total productivity of our clients labor force while reducing their labor costs.
We are expanding our Albany area and we are seeking a full-time Sales Account Manager to support these efforts. The Sales Account Manager will be accountable to develop, promote and manage sales activities within this territory in accordance with company strategies and objectives.
The Sales Account Manager will foster partnerships with key customer accounts while continuing to expand current client base. This individual must develop and maintain customer relations through superior customer service and strong communication skills. This role will be field based. Construction knowledge is a plus but not required.

Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills combined with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure customer satisfaction and maximized profitability is required.
This is a position within our sales organization and as such the candidate is considered to be part of the overall corporate sales initiative. A team player attitude is expected.
A four year degree is desired but not required.
Standard computer skills- experience using Word, Excel, Power Point, Louts Notes or equivalents.
This is a field based sales position and the candidate must reside within the Capital District Area.
$30,000 Base Salary, Bi-Weekly Commissions, Benefits, 401K, Auto Allowance, Company issued Tablet and Cell Phone
