Legal Office Assistant (Annapolis)

Small law firm in Annapolis is seeking a Legal Office Assistant (preferably Bilingual) for Immediate Hire. Primary duties will include, but not limited to, greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, sort mail, maintain case files and assist Office Manager with regular duties to maintain the smooth, efficient operations of the office. In addition, candidate will be introduced to Legal Secretary Assignments and will be assigned regular responsibilities which will include assisting attorneys as needed and regularly putting together and gathering information needed for filings with the Courts.

The ideal candidate should have previous office experience. Previous law firm experience a plus, but not required. Will train the right person. Must be a quick learner, have good phone skills, able to handle multiple lines, the ability to multi-task, the ability to work independently, professional appearance and very pleasant-good customer service. Dependability and Reliability is a must. Spanish language skills are preferable, but not required. Hours are M-F 9-5. This is a contract position and offers no health benefits at this time.
