Looking for a part time office assistant with flexible work schedule to assist with inner office Duties for a trucking company: We can develop a schedule with a lot of flexibility during the week. We are a small trucking company and this position could turn into full time for the right individual.

Duties will include:
Ordering supplies
Client mailings and communications
Data entry
Scanning and filing
Maintaining Accounts Receivable. Processing daily job tickets.
Maintaining Accounts Payable. Entering invoices for payment, reconciling to statements and the mailings of payments.
Human Resources This includes assisting with any Employee related tasks. And processing weekly payroll.
Other duties: Assisting the Operations Manager in his day to day tasks. Answering the Administration Office's phones. Returning phone calls.. Also maintaining general organization of the office and ordering supplies.
Fleet Administration This includes verifying that the vehicle list is maintained for insurance, taxes and licenses.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
*Working knowledge of QuickBooks is an absolute must.

Pay will be hourly and based on your past experience and what you can bring to the table.
