Part Time General Office Help
Small office looking for General Office Help; candidate must be flexible and good at a variety of jobs including customer service/phone sales, email responses, accounting inquiries, order entry and additional bookkeeping skills a plus.
Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Contact Manager (CRM), Outlook, Word and Quickbooks with Document Management System for Paperless Filing.
Candidate must be well organized, good at multitasking and good on the phone.
Hours: 10 am to 3 pm, 3 to 4 days a week.
Location: Pacific, MO
