Full-time Data Entry/Bookkeeper is needed to work for a fast-growing company in Corona/Riverside/San Bernardino and Moreno Valley, CA.
We are seeking an ambitious, hard-working, work-efficient applicant with bookkeeping skills.
Match and organize received invoices and paperwork from the clients
Enter sales, expenses and other financial transactions into QuickBooks
Prepare monthly reconciliations: bank and credit cards statements.
Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
Prepare Payroll and Sales Tax Returns
Maintain and organize accounting files and perform other administrative tasks.
At least 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping knowledge required
Proficient in use of computer application (Excel, Word)
Experience with QuickBooks (preferred, not required)
Must be willing to learn and adopt in a fast pace environment
Must meet deadlines and deliver quality results
Can legally work for any employer in the US
