Mission Inn Resort & Club is located in beautiful Lake County FL, 40 miles northwest of downtown Orlando and southeast of Ocala. We are currently accepting applications for a
Human Resources Assistant. This is an administrative role, assisting the Director of Human Resources with staffing, benefits admin. and HRIS. Other HR disciplines, such as employee relations and safety may be added for the right candidate.
HS. graduate required. Business School or College degree is a plus.
Two years administrative experience required. HR office experience strongly preferred.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and typing 60-70 WPM. Strong data entry skills required.
Must be a confidential, discreet, highly organized, detail oriented and efficient individual with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Hospitality experience is a plus.
Candidates from Lake, Sumtner and Marion Counties will find the commute to Howey in the Hills manageable. Ocala and Orange County residents should mapquest our location prior to applying.
