Business is expanding and we're looking for phone reps to handle outbound and inbound phone calls in our Clearwater office. We don't sell a product or service, only set appointments.

What we're looking for:
We are only looking for experienced agents, MUST have call center experience.
Hours for the position are from 3pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday (Saturday's are optional/available). There is some flexibility in the shift hours.

Senior/Experience Reps:
- 3-5+ years experience in a call center environment.
- Experience with customer service and/or CRM software
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Pleasant, articulate voice, confident and assertive nature
- Ability to easily & calmly multitask
- Above average reading and speaking skills, no exception
- Reliable, mature and trustworthy
- Reliable transportation

- Using our predictive dialing system, you will receive both inbound and outbound calls to consumers, using a friendly but assertive voice to schedule firm appointments.
- NO COLD CALLING. All existing customer base or new in market leads.
- Rebuttal and overcome customer objections, no high pressure tactics
- Assertively close for a scheduled appointment
- View & provide details on customer specific product choices
- Always provide a friendly, high quality customer experience
- Entry of customer data in a CRM system
- Quickly & efficiently multi-task between phone calls & software systems
- Meet all call quality goals

- Hourly pay from $10 - $12 per hour to start, based on experience, skills and qualifications
