Patisserie 46 is seeking a hard working Pastry Cook! We are a fast paced French Bakery in South Minneapolis searching for candidates with prior professional baking experience who can work quickly and produce product up to Patisserie 46's standards. The ideal candidate would be a team player who can help contribute to an organized and efficient baking environment.

Primary Duties:
-Mixing and baking cookies, muffins, coffee cakes, meringues, etc.
-Reading recipes and accurately scaling ingredients
-Packing high volume wholesale pastry orders for early morning delivery
-Filling pastry case for morning customers
-Organizing production numbers for maximum efficiency
-Checking weekly customer and catering orders and planning bake numbers accordingly
-Cleaning and maintaining an organized work station

-Ability to work well under pressure and produce large volumes of high quality products
-At least two years prior professional baking experience
-Ability to multitask while still paying close attention to detail
-Ability to follow production numbers and prep & plan accordingly
-Ability to follow instructions and communicate with the baking team
-Knowledge and training in food safety procedures
-Must love early mornings and have a passion for good food
