CAH Hospitality has been a leading parking service provider for over 20 years nationally.
The Hospitality Operations Manager of Hotel Valet Services is responsible for managing one or more CAH Hospitality locations. The Manager is responsible for account performance, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction, and overall customer service.
Some main duties of a Manager of Hotel Valet Services include, but are not limited to:

Recruit, hire, train, and schedule employees.
Budget responsibilities
Complete and submit accurate and timely weekly reports as required
Develop new procedures to enhance daily operations
Track inventory supplies
Set and achieve quarterly goals based on upper management expectations
Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments
Coordinate with all relevant departments for daily and weekly meetings
Continuously focused on revenue improvement
Develop and maintain existing client relationships, and being available for clients when necessary team is focused on exceeding expectations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must be able to effectively plan, set priorities and manage several complex projects simultaneously
Must be have great work ethics, drive, energy and persistence to achieve goals
while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must demonstrate written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels of theorganization.
Prior hotel experience preferred

3-5 years of management experience preferable in a hotel, hospitality or a service related industry
Experience managing other supervisors/managers
Experience supervising 20 or more front line employees
Experience in developing and managing budgets
Excellent leadership skills
Good communication skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to multi task
Must be pro-active, self starter who is able to work independently
Exceptionally focused, organized, flexible
Strong outgoing personality, with the ability to motivate others
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Availability to work when needed based on the demands of the facility
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Position requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
Must be able to work in a very faced paced environment
Must clear criminal background checks, have valid Drivers License, and clean driving record.
