We are seeking a positive and energetic individual to join our team.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Answering and routing inbound calls
- Building relationships with our clients with a sales and support mentality
- Data entry
- Assisting in billing, invoicing, collections
- Performing general office duties
- Using various computer applications to support clients and our internal operations.
Hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday through Friday.
We offer paid holidays, paid vacation.
Candidates must possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Bilingual in Spanish a plus)
- Attention to detail/organization
- The ability to multi-task in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to use computer applications effectively
- The desire to provide outstanding service to our clients
Preferred candidates will have:
- Knowledge in bookkeeping and/or experience with QuickBooks
- Experience using Microsoft Office
