Job requires frequent interaction with staff, potential clients, existing clients, paralegals, lawyers, and court staff. Candidate must be willing to help people in stressful situations.

Qualifications: The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma, or equivalency, and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, with at least two (2) year as a receptionist. Experience working in a law firm or a professional services environment is a plus. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, and must be proactive and able to demonstrate a high level of client service. The candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change, and excellent PC skills - proficiency in Outlook and Excel is preferred, proficiency in MS Word is required. Bilingual Preferred

Scheduled work hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Job Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and prospective clients
Answering busy multi-line phone, direct messages and faxes
Set up conference rooms for mediations
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Money handling for payments on consultations
Organize front office
Order and Replace, stock and organize office supplies and conference room
Provide refreshments to clients and office guests
Scan documents
