Duties and Responsibilities essential to the job function:
*Ensure compliance with the general and specific post orders for assigned positions.
*Respond in a timely manner to events, issues, safety concerns, and client requests.
*Initiate preliminary investigations and write incident reports.
*ID Checks, refuse entry where necessary
*Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers, including during school events
*Defuse potentially volatile situations and intervene when necessary
*High school diploma required, some college preferred. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
*Must have and maintain valid CA Guard Card.
*Must posses advanced skills and professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion.
*Most posses the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
*A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
*Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations.
*CPR certified or be willing to become certified.
