FRONT DESK CLERK POSITION - Tuesday and Wednesday 7 AM to 3PM. Thursday and Saturday 5PM-11PM
*Minimum of 1 year previous Hotel Front Desk experience is required for consideration for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting residents and their guests
Coordinating deliveries of packages.
Controlling guest/vendor access to residential floors through elevator control system
Review daily front office procedures and facilitate communication between owner and maintenance team members
Ensure all areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift
Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures
Be able to handle crisis situations in the event of emergency and/or fire
Be able to answer the telephone and speak clearly and professionally
Work with all departments to ensure owner needs are met
Any other applicable lobby responsibilities
Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
Previous hospitality experience or similar experience is a must
Passion to work with people and willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word.
Detail-oriented, team player, professional demeanor and assertive
High degree of self-motivation and ability to work alone if necessary
Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards
Must have a flexible schedule and be available on weekends/holidays
Schedule: Must be flexible to work 7:30AM- 3PM, 3PM - 11PM or 11PM- 7AM Monday- Friday and Weekends.
