1-2+ years of Help Desk / Desktop support required, corporate environment experience strongly preferred.
Level 1 support experience
Experience supporting iPhone, iPad, Tablets
Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
Seeking candidate with strong track record of being highly-driven, self-motivated and detail oriented.
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
Escalates calls when appropriate
Writes concise informative service tickets and follows up in a timely manner to pursue issues through to resolution
