STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Provides support and manages records and data for components of the EI/ESCE program, including intake, referrals, transitions, eligibility and Individual Family Service Plans. Coordinates and/or participates in meetings and serves on committees.
1.High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree or two (2) years of college with a minimum of 72 hours of transferable credits or equivalent training required.
2.Spread sheet, and/or database software to the extent necessary to efficiently accomplish the duties of the position.
3.High degree of independent judgment required in the completion of tasks.
4.Ability to treat information or people in a professional and confidential manner.
5.Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance.
6.High degree of proficiency in organization and time management skills.
7.Basic working knowledge of special education procedure and process requirements preferred.
8.High degree of proficiency with attention to detail across all aspects of the job.
