Under the direction of the Electrical Working Foreman install, test, repair, and maintain lighting, power and control circuits and other electrical equipment associated with generating plant operation at the Company's Pelton Round Butte Hydro Projects
Plant Electrician (U15-111)
Top candidates will have:
Must have a minimum of 3 years-demonstrated work experience at the journeyman level consistent with the duties of a Plant Electrician.
Must hold or have successfully held a position as a Plant Electrician or
Must have completed an apprenticeship program consistent with the duties of a Plant Electrician or
Out-of-Classification Electrical Journeyman bidders must successfully pass the PGE Plant Electrician exam.
Possess sufficient computer skills to proficiently operate computerized time keeping systems, maintenance management systems, test equipment and data collection systems.
Regularly pass a criminal and identity background check in compliance with FERC, NERC, WECC, and CIP regulations.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Able to respond to plant emergencies within one hour.
