I am looking for work as a buyer, with the ability to telecommute 100% of the time, although, I can accommodate about 80% of the time.
I have more than 7 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment. I have worked for the State of Washington where we produced office filing systems, furnishings, and sheet metal products. I am also experienced with lighted mirror production.
I am familiar with the ERP systems Kewill MAX and Microsoft Dynamics GP, and have begun working with Epicor/Vista.
While in purchasing, I managed material requests using MRP and purchase request resolution, vendor relationships, purchase order workflow, delivery tracking and confirmation.
In addition, I scheduled production and inventory usage, plus have experience scheduling employees.
Moreover, I have experience creating BOMs, managing inventory, shipping and receiving, and RMAs.
I also have experience teaching Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and am a certified Microsoft Office Specialist.
