Special Counsel is seeking to fill a Temp IP Paralegal Job at a top law firm in Boston, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a successful and dynamic IP law practice. To be considered for this position, you must have seven-plus years' experience in a similar role. We will begin interviewing immediately, as this position will be filled quickly. It is expected to last 4-5 months.

Temp IP Paralegal Job Duties:
Work closely with attorneys, clients, and foreign associates to meet filing deadlines.
Monitor docket on a daily basis and communicate changes to Docketing Department.
Prepare and file PCT applications, Chapter II Demands, and foreign national phase applications, adhering to specific rules of the country the application was filed in.
Respond to WIPO communications and correspond with foreign associates to facilitate ongoing prosecution of foreign patent applications.
Check drawings against U.S. specification, order formal drawings from vendor, proof formal drawings against specification and instructions given.
Communicate with attorneys and clients on all matters related to application progress.

Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant IP paralegal experience required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Demonstrated experience with all manner of patent prosecution, including U.S. and foreign patent laws and procedures.
Excellent organizational, analytical, communication (verbal and written), and computer/standard office technology skills. Attention to detail is a must.
The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
