A small, family-owned, glass company is in need of an experienced and highly motivated administrative assistant as well as a sales/general manager.

Professional Requirements for Administrative Assistant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take strong direction and work in both minimum and maximum supervision
- Scheduling experience
- Knowledge in inventory control
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as office, excel, word
- Knowledge in Quick books a bonus

Professional Requirements for Sales / General Manager:
- Previous sales experience in glass industry strongly preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Strong ability to negotiate
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as office, excel, word
- Knowledge in Quick books a bonus
