Hello, I am a working professional woman looking to rent out the private bottom Level room (room is non-furnished) of my Townhome. I will try and be as thorough as possible to get the right applicant match.
This luxury Townhome is located in West Midtown and we are currently under construction for a brand new shopping center in the area that will included Publix and Starbucks.
10 minutes to midtown and 10 minutes to Vinings/Smyrna, and is a private gated community of homeowners.
Amenities include luxury stainless steel appliances, garage, w/d in home and your own bathroom and walk in closet and private patio outside that includes a private access door. This is a non smoking home with NO PETS. No pets are allowed.
Ideal candidate must be a working woman 24-32 years of age and make 3 times the income (able to show legitimate paycheck stubs). I prefer her to be very clean and well mannered and share common household chores like cleaning up kitchen area after each use as well as common 1/2 bathroom. And keeping her room clean as well. As the living room will be a common area, I will ask that the potential tenant have her own TV for her room.
This is a safe community of professional adults and the candidate must be able to adapt to the community. Must be outgoing and lively like myself, bc I want to make sure this will be a good match. I prefer educated and/or working women applicants ONLY! My ideal match will have a traveling job or highly engaged at work with a busy lifestyle. Rent is $775 and includes all utilities! Water, electric and cable! I require a $400 deposit which is refundable upon move out. Lease will be from September 2015 until February 2016. You must sign on to stay duration of lease. If you feel you are a good match and are ready to move in, please contact me. September 1st is the move in date. But this will be based on a first come basis with the right applicant match. As i have successfully rented before i know i will receive an influx of good applicants. We will meet in a public place such as Starbucks for an initial introduction and do the apartment showing after (safety reasons).
