We are looking for an energetic, motivated, self-starter to serve our highly valued patients and referral sources in Meridian, ID. Working part time (20-25hrs per week) the medical customer service representative will primarily assist phone in customers but will be required to back up the counter CS staff when needed. This position will require you to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use in order to efficiently assess customer needs for products and/or services. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, we will train the right person. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and dedicated to follow through as well as demonstrate courtesy, sincerity and patience when working with customers. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual.
The physical demands of this position requires lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 100lbs and frequently performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
