Working Environment: Indoor working environment within various areas of a foundry facility(NOT MEDICAL)
1 X-Ray Trainee-
Will be highly efficient in setup and operation of x-ray machine. Set-up, shot and calibrate X-ray equipment.
Conduct radiographic testing in accordance with an approved radiographic technique.
Under the guidance of a Level II or III, may help formulate a tentative test technique prior to approval by Level III.
Familiarization with the scope and limitation of the X-ray unit in regards to the hardware inspected.
Interpret and carryout instructions in accordance with the company's radiographic techniques.
Develops and/or approves complex x-ray shooting sketches and techniques used by other x-ray personnel.
Completes all necessary records and develops logs and other records to assure compliance to specifications
Reports discrepancies to management/supervisor as required
Analyzes shots taken with the aid of a viewer, to accept or reject x-ray plates in accordance with standards set by Quality Control.
Review routers, procedures, specification, and other instructions for completeness and instructions to perform operation.
Process part(s) in accordance with procedures and technical instructions utilizing equipment and fixturing to evaluate for weld, braze and/or casting discontinuities exceeding requirements specified.
Work with X-ray generating equipment. Set-up, operate, calibrate and perform Process Control Checks on equipment by following established instructions and record results.
Develop techniques for approval, interpret, evaluate and report evaluation results as required and outlined. Clean, remove and re-cap part(s) after process and evaluation of part(s).
Acquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career development
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
Ability to work overtime
Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management
oShifts: 1st- one opening per shift
oSupervisor: Andrew Myers
oInterview time frames: 11am -- 2pm
oPay rate: 1st shift will be of $11.39/hr.

Requirements: Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, Background Check,
reliable transportation, and provide documentation that allows you to work in the US
Accepting Applications: Monday 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Tuesday thru Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am
