Seeking energetic, conscientious individual for part-time position as Personal Assistant to President/Receptionist. Position requires strong communication and organizational skills with ability to easily adapt to workflow changes. Duties include attending meetings and taking notes, responding to general routine correspondence and email, scheduling meetings and/or appointments, answering phones and screening callers, preparation of presentations and other materials for potential customers and media, as well as other duties as may be assigned or requested.
