Grind-All Concrete is a dynamic and privately owned contracting company. Grind-All restores concrete in walkways that have become a tripping hazard or need concrete surface repair. Grind-All operates nationally. Grind-All is located in Parma, Ohio. Grind-All is looking for an Office assistant to run day to day operations.
Role and Responsibility
The office manager is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the office.
Answer phones and direct customers to proper person
Interact with the Sales team as far as scheduling jobs and speaking with clients
Manage Client files
Prepare and send all invoices after jobs are completed
Provide administrative support
Keep customers informed as to when jobs are scheduled and when the laborers will arrive
Responsible for maintaining office supplies
Customer Service
make travel plans and trade show arrangements

We are looking to hire someone who could work 5 hours a day.
