Legal Firm seeking poised and polished front desk receptionist with ability to comfortably place calls to past clients.
Answering very busy multi-line phone system and responding to client inquiries
Scheduling client appointments
Confirming client appointments
Place outbound calls to past clients
Assisting office staff as needed
Excellent communication skills and "phone voice"
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to stay on track
Ability to maintain confidentiality
High School Diploma
5 years working in an office environment, preferably as a receptionist
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Professional dress is mandatory (NO BUSINESS CASUAL)
This position reports to the Office Manager.
This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, 20-25 hours per week, Afternoon shift 1 pm to 6 pm. No benefits. We are hiring immediately.
