Strong QuickBooks and Bookkeeping skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Spanish is a Must

?RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all aspects of Bookkeeping and Administrative tasks including, but not limited to:

Management of A/P A/R
Create and Review open invoices
Filing, Billing,
Monitor daily bank balances-prepare daily cash position
Proper posting of bank and credit card transactions
Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Handle highly confidential information with complete discretion
Quickbooks Payroll
Communicate in a professional manner with vendors
FULFILL OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES as requested or assigned

?REQUIREMENTS:

QuickBooks Savy
Must have min 4 + year's experience in Bookkeeping/Administrative assistant
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and via email
High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work
Quick learner, problem solving skills, strong self-starter and dependable
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize and work at multiple tasks
Ability to deal with problems in a positive manner and find effective solutions
or know were to seek assistance
Maintain a positive attitude
