Full-Time or Part-Time Commercial Real Estate Bookkeeper with experience needed for Management Office (BEVERLY HILLS, CA)
Looking for a positive, team-player who is organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
Part time between the Hours: 9AM-5PM, M-F
Minimum of 3 years Bookkeeping experience
Skills and tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Send out rent notices, maintain rent increases and lease terminations
- credit card and bank statement reconciliation
-Process Payroll using ADP's online service or Quickbooks
-Accounts receivable and accounts payable
-Maintaining both computerized and ledger accounts
-Assisting accountant with reports for tax preparation
