The Staffing Supervisor's primary function is that of a Staffing Specialist. The Staffing Supervisor will work with branch leadership team to coordinate the inside staffing and sales activities and office operations. The coordinate efforts must focus on minimizing company risk, exceeding customer expectations and increasing business growth opportunities.
Fill job order requirements with best qualified candidate. Orders should never go unfilled ultimate accountability is on the Staffing Manager to ensure orders are filled.
Building and maintain strong customer relationship to expand business opportunities with all customers.
Conduct weekly customer visit to address customer service issues.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers to enhance services.
Ensure daily pump calls and sales efforts are completed by the inside staff.
Implement monthly recruiting activity (Job Works, Fliers, Internet, and Referral Stuffers) to maximize other methods for recruiting.
Review SSS Website to ensure that weekly job postings are up-to-date.
Oversee weekly advertising to maximize recruiting. Keep advertising dollars within budget hours and dollars.
Supervise payroll and billing function in the branch.
Supervise and keep control of company's risk in unemployment.
Provide training and track compliance of Employment Laws (EEOC, Record Retention, etc)
Monitor hiring procedures and paper work to ensure full execution of company policy.
Monitor Temps Plus data to ensure completion, compliance and proper documentation.
Interact and provide weekly input on the progress and areas of concerns of the staffing department.
Review office bills and approve for payments.
Become involved in our community events and business networking.
Overall management of office operations, but not limited to:
Participate in monthly budget reviews to provide solutions and ideas to meet & exceed budget requirements.
Minimize Company's Risk Exposure
Monitor and control office expenses within budget guidelines.
Create a clean, organized, positive and successful office environment.
Create a positive environment to maximize staff productivity.
Keep Staffing Specialist focused on providing the best customer service for our employees and clients.
Must be well organized and exercise good time management skills to prioritize the inside activities for the branch.
Must handle stress and multiple tasks with ease and control.
Become the Professional Problem Solver in the office. Must be able to Plan -- Execute -- Monitor activity.
