Family run, small business looking for a part to full time Administrative / Customer Service Representative to assist our company with Debt Management administrative tasks, responsibility, and customer service needs. Approximately 20 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

This position includes tasks such as:
- Responsible for maintaining and coordination client/creditor relations.
- Generate written correspondence and maintain accurate records on written and verbal communications.
- Receive and direct visitors
- Answer telephone in a timely and professional manner Retrieves recordings from answering machine.
- Schedules and confirms client appointments daily
- Daily Filing Responsibilities
-Monitor account status and initiates collections
- Receive Payments from clients
- Data entry of payments and preparations of bank deposits to client accounts
- Adheres to agency policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma, Prefer Associates Degree
- Strong Mathematical Skill and Comprehension
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Efficient with computers
- Minimum Two Years Experience in Customer Service
- Prefer Financial Experience
- Able to work Independently with Problem Solving Skills
