Part time Administrative Assistant job
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
2.Answering Phones on a multi phone line system
3.Scheduling viewings on properties
5.Processing Paperwork for files
6.Managing closed properties
8.Assisting Real Estate Agents in scheduling appointments, paperwork, processing files, marketing materials, and client contact.
1.Intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate between multiple systems with ease
2. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel and Outlook
3. Good writing, proofreading, analytic and problem-solving skills
4. Communicate efficiently and effectively through face-to-face or written communication
5. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
6. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
7. Ability to work well either alone or as a part of a team.
8. Outgoing, personable and service oriented
9. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
10. Working every other weekend required
