We are seeking experienced CEO's with a background in hotel management.
CEO must be willing to relocate to the state where the position is available.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the direct management of hotel development and financial growth. The key objective is to deliver on the company's strategic growth plans by generating a steady deal flow and an efficient professional approach to execution by leveraging internal and external resources to ensure an efficient deal closing. The CEO will also be responsible for overseeing management of internal operations.

Duties & Functions:
More specific responsibilities include:
Source, identify and pursue hotel management contract opportunities.
Maintain and develop a strong network of contacts globally.
Be a driving force in representing the work ethic, culture and Core Values of the hotel and establish the style and approach which will characterize the organization's dealings within the market.
Stay current with significant developments in the hospitality market.
Maintain in depth industry knowledge of major purchase/sale transactions, activities of debt, and equity providers and other hospitality real estate related trends.
Identify, develop and monitor strategic initiatives of the company and its major competitors.
Represent and be the face of the hotel at industry conferences.
As needed, assist other members of the global development team on special projects.

Specific Job Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with Capital Partners, Ownership, Franchisors and third party consultants.
Must possess 10+ years of experience with a focus on hotel management contract development as well as development and investment experience.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
Must possess a strong work ethic and align goals with company vision and mission.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
Knowledge of organization, hotels and competitive markets.
Usable knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Possess a gracious, friendly, and accountable demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
