A regulatory/environmental compliance and information technology services company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist with inbound calls at our corporate office in Elgin, IL.
Job Duties Include:
As the first point of contact, the Call Center Representative is responsible for positive interactions with customers to give a favorable impression of our company.
Representative supports vehicle fuel dispensing locations to assist them in resolving alarm conditions, in accordance with consistent processes and specific performance metrics.
Provide support to technicians calling in from the field to verify connectivity to different types of communication devices.
Job Requirements Include:
Possess excellent phone skills
1-2 years call center/customer service experience
Strong data entry skills
1-2 years technical support experience
Must be punctual
Friendly demeanor and outgoing personality
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office
About the Position:
Tuesday: 5:00 pm - 7:00 am
Saturday: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
Sunday: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
